How does the claim process work?

Can I check the status of my claim online?

Yes, you can check the status of your claim through Provider Portal using the directions titled “Accessing a Claim” beginning on page 10 of the WebFile User Guide for Service Providers.

If you have not registered for Provider Portal, please complete the VVF WebFile Training and Registration form to request WebFile access.

How will I know my documents were received?

The Provider Portal application will display a confirmation message stating that the documents were successfully uploaded. In some cases, you may also receive an email. If no confirmation message is received please check the claim in portal to see if the documents are visible. If they are not visible in the portal, the documents were not received and you should upload them again.

If you do not have access to the Provider Portal, you will need to submit a VVF Support Request and a VVF staff representative will respond to you via email shortly.

Can I check the status of my claim online?

If you receive payments via ACH, you will need to contact your billing department to locate this payment.

If you do not have access via Provider Portal you will need to submit a VVF Support Request and VVF staff will respond to you via email shortly.

Can I have access to WebFile without training?

No, a brief training is necessary to ensure the Provider Portal processes are understood.
